Meaghan was a Division I runner for the University at Buffalo with her sights set on going pro. When a career-ending injury brought that dream to a halt, she didn't stop, she redirected. Yoga became her new path forward, and from the moment she stepped on the mat, she knew she'd transform her life through the practice.
As an E-RYT 500 registered with Yoga Alliance, Meaghan is passionate about sharing anatomy in a way that's digestible and immediately applicable. Her teaching is rooted in the Baptiste methodology (a vigorous, heated style of power vinyasa that emphasizes physical strength, breath, and inquiry), and every class she leads at Reach Power Yoga in North Buffalo reflects that lineage.
As a bold and grounded leader, she leads with intensity and purpose, creating Baptiste-inspired hot power vinyasa classes that are challenging and deeply impactful.
Meaghan is known for challenging her students to dig deep, stand in their strength, and access their fullest expression- on the mat at our Hertel Avenue studio, and far beyond it.
