Alyssa Rosso

Alyssa discovered Reach shortly after we opened. She felt the challenge the practice provided was a unique experience unlike any other, and through self-commitment to showing up on a regular basis she noticed the shifts it led to in all aspects of her life. She became inspired by the transformations that transpired and has a passion for sharing that experience with others. The best part about the practice is the never ending potential for growth and the openings it leads to, both on and off our mats.
