Five stars isn't enough. Reach is truly the best yoga studio in WNY. Every class is challenging but fulfilling and empowering. It's refreshing to be screen-, mirror-, and music-free - allowing you to focus on the moment and your breath. I learn something new during every class. Each instructor has their own unique teaching style and energy, so try them all! I couldn't recommend Reach enough. Top notch studio.
PS - it's HOT. Bring a small towel with your mat and hydrate/fuel before (and definitely after).

Reach is the perfect environment to practice hot yoga. The community, instructors, and class structure come together to create a space that feels comfortable, supportive, and easy to settle into.
They’re genuinely accessible to all levels. As someone who hadn’t practiced much yoga before starting at Reach, I immediately felt welcomed and like I belonged. The consistency of the classes made it easy to learn what to expect, and from there, it became fun to focus on improving and mastering the poses.
I highly recommend it to anyone with a stressful day job or anyone looking for something that helps them slow down and be more present. It’s been an incredibly rewarding hobby, and Reach is the perfect place to start.

Reach is the best! I took my first class about 4 months ago and have been hooked ever since.
I had never done hot yoga before, and I’d never taken a class this intense. In my first class, I couldn’t keep up, couldn’t hold all the poses, and needed a lot of breaks. I remember thinking - “that was insane, I’m never going to be able to do all that”. But now, a few months later and consistently taking classes, I think “hell yeah I can!”
Classes are challenging and fast-paced, but they’re absolutely suitable for all experience levels. I love that the workouts are fairly consistent from class to class, so you know where to push yourself and so you can really see your progress over time. Now that I’m more familiar with the routine, I’m noticing that I can start to focus on other aspects of my practice like breath work, gaze, and positioning a bit more. There’s so much opportunity for growth here!
Everyone at this studio has been so open and friendly. I usually go to Meaghan or Jon’s classes but all the instructors are encouraging and supportive and they push you just the right amount. They’re knowledgable, give clear instruction, and always offer ways to modify poses for different levels. They genuinely care about your progress and make you feel like you are part of the community.
You can tell they care about building something meaningful and they truly have. Reach has created a genuinely welcoming, supportive, and inclusive environment (and I’m grateful to be a part of it !)

Reach is incredible. Meaghan and Jon create a positive, inclusive environment and I have always felt welcomed to be there. I genuinely look forward to coming because the practice is both grounding and challenging. I especially appreciate when they provide praise or call out small adjustments specifically to me or others during class. It makes me feel seen and more connected to the practice and studio. I always leave feeling stronger and more centered. So fortunate to have this gem of a place in this corner of North Buffalo.
