40 days to Personal Revolution starts February 25th at our studio!
This is a transformational six week program that combines:
*Asana (physical yoga practice)
*Meditation
*Nutrition
*Inquiry (journaling & self reflection)
*Community (weekly group meetings)
The program costs:
$75 for Monthly Members + your regular monthly membership costs gets you access to weekly group meetings & additional tools & resources (*40 Days book not included)
$225 for Non Members: includes unlimited yoga for 40 days, weekly group meetings, & additional tools & resources (*40 Days book not included)
Commitments:
Recommended 4-5 in studio practices + 1 home practice a week (with supplied recorded classes)
Attendance at weekly meetings 8:00-9:00am Sundays
Daily meditation
Read the assigned weekly chapters in 40 Days to Personal Revolution & answer inquiry questions

FAQS:
Q: If I can’t make one of the meetings can I still do the program?
A: We ask you to make weekly meetings a priority. There is so much power in coming together as a community, sharing & having support as you go through your journey. That said, we know life happens. If you are unable to attend a meeting it’s ok, we just ask that you get in contact with your program lead so they can update you on what you missed & the assigned homework.
Q: What do I need to bring to Sunday meetings?
A: A journal, pen, and your 40 days to Personal Revolution book. If you’d like something comfy to sit on feel free to bring a meditation cushion too!
Q: What if I can’t practice because classes are full?
A: We ask that you plan ahead and register for classes at LEAST a week before. This will ensure you get a spot to practice.
Q: What if I want to do the program but I’m overwhelmed by the commitment?
A: Consider the program will meet you where you are & you’re ready now. There may be times where you feel overwhelmed or don’t complete things “to a T”. If you continue to show up you’ll get what you need out of the program.
